1. First: Everyone is busy

    A. With parents on Christmas Day.

      1. Went with my mom and dad to a hotel.

      2. Visited my relatives at the cemetary.

   B. Tried to visit my half-sisters.

     1. My sisters were at thier  mom’s Christmas party.

     2. We all exchanged gifts later and we all had fun.

 2. Second: New Years eve night is ScArY!

   A. My family were not busy on New Year’s Eve.

     1. We had a nice family get together.

     2. Waiting for the fireworks.

 B. All of us stayed up.

   1. We got scared when we heard these loud noises.

   2. I didn’t get to see the fireworks. Because the adults told us to stay inside.

                 My first lesson is that everyone is so busy on Christmas Day. So I was with my parents on Christmas Day. We all went to a hotel for a Christmas brunch. Then we went to visit my relatives at the cemetary. We wanted to try to visit my half-sisters on Christmas Day. But they went to their mom’s Christmas party. So me and my parents exchanged gifts later and we all had fun when we knew what we got for Christmas. 

                My second lesson is that New Year’s Eve night is ScArY! I was really happy to see that my family were not busy on New Year’s Eve. We started to have a nice family get together. So me and my cousins were waiting to see the fireworks. But we all got scared when we started to here these loud noises. So the adults told the kids to stay inside and I didn’t see the fireworks. 

This is the 10 ways to take a great picture.

                You could use some great camera features. Autofocus helps you by making sure that your picture is clear before you take the picture. So Autofocus really helps you. Macro is another cool feature. When you use Macro, you can see up close and this feature is really good for like scanvenger hunts. Digital Zoom is when you can go further than the regular zoom. That was just some cool features. 

The “REAL TIPS” right now are real……..I guess

   Try to put your object slightly off from the center. Like don’t put your object in the middle.    

 Try to take pictures “outdoors” because the sun’s natural sunlight really helps you get enough light in your picture. So be an outdoors person for this tip.

   When you like say to people “say cheese” well it’s kinda BORING. Some people don’t like to smile. So try to say something other than CHESSE. Just try to joke around so you could have some good smiles. Break out their inner smile.

   Learn to  take Vertical Pictures. It just doesn’t have to be horizontal pictures always. Some people are really tall. Vertical pictures can help.

    I almost forgot. You can actually use Flash outdoors. Because the sun is facing down. So there will be like a shadow around your object. That is so cool.

   Be aware of your surroundings or be careful of your surroundings. Like when some people take pictures in the mirror. They sometimes put it on flash. So when they take the picture, there will be like a ball in your picture. So you don’t really need to use flash when you take a picture in the mirror.

      Take  lots of pictures because the more you take , the more you can choose. Some pictures are good and some are not good. Also you can discover some cool features that you didn’t even notice. 

                        I chose these questions because I was just very curious. I really wanted to see if my other classmates really liked my questions. I think my questions were okay. I really liked my responses. Like my first question. I asked if you were a famous person and some people hated you, what would you do? I don’t even know why I put that question. Well one the answers were “I’d smack them in the face with a sandwich!” That’s my favorite answer. I kept on laughing so hard. Well that is why I made those questions.

                       Now my favorite surveys. I think Amber and Casey’s own. I liked Amber’s own because each question made sense. It was so funny. Like the first question was a simple question then, it started getting funnier. I also liked Casey’s own because her first question was so interesting. Like do you have a mustache? That was so FUNNY!!!

                                      On Halloween Day at UMS was so fun. Well not for me mostly. I went to watch a movie in one of the rooms. I watched the Indiana Jones new movie. I already watched that. I was so dumb because I could’ve went to a another activity. Like Ms.Rivera’s own. Her own was “The Twilight Theme Party Activity.” But I can’t because I don’t even read the book Twilight. I heard fom my friend Maile that it was FUN because they had games, food, drinks and more!!!

                                    Well in the “beginning of the day.” There were all sorts of FUNNY costumes. Like my friend Jaret wore a “Automic Wedgie costume.” His costume was my favorite one. His costume was so cool and it made almost everyone laugh. Well that whole day was OKAY. But I won’t give it a 10. Now this is my activity day/journal entry # 7.

This is about my most memorable birthday.

                              My 12th birthday. Early November 30 morning. I woke up and I got ready and ate a good breakfast. All of a sudden, my mom and dad surprised me with a loud ” Happy Birthday “. I was so surprised. What even made it better was that my older sister from the states called me up and wished me a happy birthday too. I was so happy. After that, me and my mom went to school. When I walked in the classroom, some of my classmates said ” Happy Birthday “. They even had gifts for me. I wondered how they knew. Everyone else started singing happy birthday. What the best way to start school.

                         Now the afternoon. I went back to the house. I started getting ready for my birthday party at my favorite restaurant called ” Chopsticks “. I love at that place that place. So me and my and dad reached Chopsticks. You could see some of my family and friends already inside. When I walked in, everyone started saying happy birthday to me. Everyone started eating. The food was great. But I was waiting for the ice cream cake from Cold Stone. After everyone stop eating. The ice cream cake right in front of me. My two older sisters started putting candles on the cake, took out a lighter and lit all my 12 candles. Everyone started singing Happy Birthday. That was the most memorable birthday I had. 

I’m interviewing my friend named ” Jhezaryn “.

                                   Her name is Jhezaryn. She lives in the village of Dededo. She is a 7 grader and goes to Untalan Middle School. She is a 7C Cougar. Her birthday is on March 25. She has two brothers and two sisters. She is the oldest child. Her favorite food is spaghetti. Her favorite brand is ROXY. Her favorite color is green. Most of all, her favorite band are ” The Jonas Brothers “.

                                  She is very a good friend anyone can have. She is really smart and likes to laugh a lot. Her best friends are Sharia,Almin and me. But you know what’s cool,we are all in GATE/TECH. Only in different periods. She forgot to tell me about her favorite breakfast in the morning. Its ” Doughnuts “!!! She loves hot,fresh,out of the oven glazed doughnuts. Now that is Jhezaryn.

                     Hi my name is Mary. I have a wonderful family and friends. I go to U.M.S home of the wildcats. I’m a true 7B tiger. I’m also in clubs too. I love to play my favorite instrument called the “ukulele”. I’ve been playing the ukulele for almost 5 years. The ukulele is like a mini guitar. I even used to be learning the guitar and then I got tired of it. So I kept on playing the uke. I’m also in a ukulele club called ” The  Guam Ukulele Club “. We rock!!!

                     I like spending time with family and friends. I will always be there for them no matter what. I have a lot of friends. Most of them are from school. That’s why I love going to school. I like going to school because I want learn new things and maybe more. School is very important to me.
